We are looking for a Greeter to join our dynamic team! Successful candidates for this role will enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating a positive experience for our clients by greeting and assisting them with their service needs as well as guiding the high flow of clients into the appropriate areas within the dealership.

Welcome service clients upon their arrival while conducting service traffic flow.
Vehicle walk-around inspections and prepping vehicles for pre-service inspection.
Directing the flow of check-ins.
Keeping track of the clients’ order-of-arrival. Following up with clients throughout their appointment providing additional communication from the service department when required.
Parking vehicles after check-in, retrieving client vehicles from the parking area when required.
Setting service appointments, verifying appointments, providing follow-up calls when required.
Arrange shuttle rides as necessary.
Regularly inspect clients’ vehicles to ensure the appearance of these vehicles meet dealership standards upon delivery back.
Working closely with Service Management to create daily customer service schedule, ensuring constant knowledge of each clients scheduled service, where they are within the dealership and the current status of their vehicle.
Client file management.
Other associated tasks which relate to the organization and efficient processing of vehicles through our busy service department.

High school or GED equivalence
Drivers License G
Previous administration/reception/automotive experience is an asset, but is not required.
Excellent communication, verbal and written is required for this role.
Outstanding customer service and strong leadership skills, along with the ability to work in a team environment is a must.

Lube Technician

Full Time: 35-40 hrs weekly.

We are looking for a highly-skilled Lube Technician to join our dynamic team!

To be successful as our Lube Technician, you should have strong mechanical skills and adhere to all safety procedures and practices. Communicate effectively with customers and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

Lube Technician Responsibilities:

Preparing detailed vehicle service reports.
Replacing vehicle wiper blades and car batteries.
Changing motor oil as well as transmission and brake fluid as needed.
Applying lubricants to the moving parts of vehicle engines to prevent premature engine wear and ensure optimal engine performance.
Lubricating wheel bearings to prevent excessive tire wear.
Performing engine cleanings to prevent rust formation.
Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.
Performing tire rotations to ensure even tire wear.
Performing tire changeovers.
Testing tire pressure and adding air as needed.
Thoroughly inspecting customers’ vehicles using multi-point checklists.
Making recommendations for additional servicing based on initial vehicle inspections.
Notifying the Service Advisor when vehicle maintenance or servicing cannot be completed within scheduled timeframes.

Lube Technician Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
Proven experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service.

Business Manager

The Business Manager facilitates new and used vehicle financing and insurance programs. Business managers also work directly with financial lenders to arrange financing and offer fair interest rates to buyers. As with all positions within dealerships, the business managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards and continue to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction in the industry.
