- We are limited to the amount of waiters we can allow in the building. This will be determined on a first come first serve basis. Due to this, we are asking for you to NOT WAIT at the dealership while your service is being completed.
- We are running our courtesy shuttle *only one customer will be taken per shuttle trip*.
- If you feel more comfortable doing so, you can drop off your vehicle by using our Key Drop Box & key envelopes- please park in our service parking located on the east side of the building. If using this method please call the dealership once dropped and we will check you in over the phone.
- When your vehicle is ready, our advisor staff will communicate with you via phone and/or text to confirm services completed.
- During your pick up, please wait at entrance for assistance (inside dealership) or you may ring the doorbell located outside of our Service entrance door and we will direct you to your service advisor for the return of your key and vehicle report.
- Your key and all touch points in the vehicle will be sanitized upon arrival and return.
- We are asking everyone to PLEASE BE PATIENT; due to government requirements social distancing limitations are in place to protect our staff, because of this space inside is limited. Vehicles WILL TAKE LONGER to be brought inside and completed.

We can arrange to drop off orders outside our doors or deliver when requested.
