  • As per Provincial government imposed restrictions, our customer entrances must remain locked. We are doing our best to stagger appointments to prevent multiple customers inside the dealership at once. This process will ensure we are able to meet your needs while allowing us to control capacity volume and enhanced safety protocols within the dealership.
  • We are NOT running our courtesy shuttle at this time.
  • Knock, ring doorbell or call upon arrival.
  • If you feel more comfortable doing so, you can drop off your vehicle by using our Key Drop Box & key envelopes- please park in our service parking located on the east side of the building. If using this method please call the dealership once dropped and we will check you in over the phone.
  • When your vehicle is ready, our advisor staff will communicate with you via phone and/or text to confirm services completed.
  • During your pick up, please knock and wait at entrance for assistance. You may also ring the doorbell located outside of our Service entrance door and we will direct you to your service advisor for the return of your key and vehicle report.
  • Your key and all touch points in the vehicle will be sanitized upon arrival and return.
  • We are asking everyone to PLEASE BE PATIENT; due to government requirements social distancing measures are in place to protect our staff, because of this space inside is limited. Vehicles WILL TAKE LONGER to be brought inside and completed.
  • Please remove all masks, gloves, and tissues from your vehicle before dropping it off for it's appointment.
